My mom and dad are in love with the artist, John Silver. Based out of Manteo, NC, he works with oils, acrylics, and watercolors in order to create truly amazing paintings. My family owns about six of his paintings and my mom is constantly looking to buy more. A lot of his inspiration seems to come from jazz and New Orleans (and of course the Outer Banks too).
